Sustaining Impact: IRS's Ongoing Initiatives
IRS maintains several vital projects funded through donations, providing continuous support and training.
Empowering individuals with essential digital skills like ACC, CBCC, CCC, CCC Plus, and ECC. Valid until March 31, 2029.
Promoting cultural heritage through conferences, seminars, workshops, festivals, and exhibitions, believing 'Culture is our Life and its Identity for every Society!'.
Titled 'An earning step for rural tribes,' this project integrates traditional weaving with modern technology to empower weavers to earn a sustainable income.
Providing 'Learn and earn' opportunities with free training for rural women in computer basics, entrepreneurship, and marketing.
Processing local herbs into medicines, seasonings, and cosmetics under the 'Eco-Friendly Herbs' brand, while training farmers in cultivation, processing, and marketing.
Transforming Lives, Building Futures
Before IRS came to our village, we were struggling to make ends meet. My husband worked as a daily laborer, and it was hard to provide for our children. Now, thanks to the training and support from IRS, I am able to rear silkworms and earn a steady income. This has given us financial independence and a better future for our family.

Before the IRS came to our village, we relied on traditional farming methods that yielded very little. The IRS taught us how to make our land more productive and sustainable; now, we are able to grow enough food for our families and even sell the surplus in the market, earning a decent living.
